Another Moody Monday

My day started out with me feeling little ticked off because of something that came in the mail Saturday. It was a letter making it sound like it was a paper saying I was a co signer for a student loan for my oldest daughter. I had her call to find out what was going on. They said they were TRYING to get us to take a loan out with them. The only thing they succeeded in doing was ticking me off. I just might take it to someone who can look at it and tell me I won't have something to worry about in the future. I never sighed anything but I'm sure that the way they worded the letter was way over the line.

I've been thinking about my story, I think I'll be changing somethings about it. When I get it figured out I'll start to write it here.

I'm still thinking about becoming the assistant director for the play. I might go tomorrow night, tonight they are just reading the lines for the first time together as a cast.

Most people at work were happy that the Packers won and the Cowboys didn't. Now they get to play in Green Bay on Sunday. It's suppose to be very cold this weekend. It could be another very interesting game.

The thought of the day:
"Food you eat but don't want is as wasted as that thrown away."

Jean Viken Cold Case

When I first started this blog one of the first things I wrote about was the murder of a local woman. She disappeared Jan 29th 2008 on one of the coldest days of that month. Her body was found I think in May of that year. She had been shot. Her van was found not long after she went missing up north. She was the mother of 4 young children and was going through a divorce at the time. Well here it is 2 years later and nothing has happened to try and find the person or persons responsible for her death. Why? I'm sure the whoever was responsible was really not that smart. It's as if the no one wants to get to the bottom of what really happened to her. Maybe she was not important enough. Maybe she was not connected to the right people.  I wonder what it would take to get more exposure to this cold case. Jean Viken update and other local things.

This past week Channel 7 has been doing stories on the cold case of Jean Viken.I did see one of them. In it the police said they know who did it but they are waiting for someone to come forward. But no matter what four young children will be without their mother for the rest of their lives because someone decided to end her life out of the meanness of their heart. Here is the story I found on the internet: Jean Viken's friends and family remember her as a loving mother of four young kids, a devoted daughter and sister. But nearly four years after her murder, a dark cloud hangs over Jean's memory, as they continue to search for answers. Pondering Japan's Earthquake

The earthquake in Japan is just another wake up call for us. It is so far the largest disaster we are dealing with right now. And with all those nuclear power plants having problems there, it will get a whole lot worse.  The earth is talking to us. Telling us the big change is upon us. Instead of fighting wars in other countries we should be preparing our people for this big change that will change our home, planet Earth, in a way that will make life allot more difficult to survive.  Japan had prepared for this kind of event to a point, but this kind of event to this degree is never fool proof.  My heart does go out to all those who are living through this right now.  I will give one prediction for the near future that some might say makes me sound like a crack pot but it is always a possibility.  Here it is: With all the things happening right now natural disasters and political unrest big changes are inevitable.
