Ponder Pages

Well another month has gone by. So far this year for me is just flying by. I have started my next big thing. The husband and I have started hiking the Ice Age Trail. For those of you who don't know what it is I'll tell you. It's a trail that goes through Wisconsin. It's over 1100 miles long. it's still a work in progress. There about 620 miles of it complete for hiking. The rest is connecting roads. It starts on the west side of the state by St. Croix Falls and ends up by Sturgeon Bay. For me I'm started in the middle close to home and I will work my way west. After I get the done I will come back to where we started and then start going east and south. and then north. It will take me years to do it because I can only do weekend day hikes right now, weather permitting that is. We have done a total of 5 hikes so far. Right now is a good time because it has not been hot or buggy so far but I think that is about to change. If we keep the pace we have...

I know it's been a whole month, again. It's kind of late in the day but I will first show you the swing. It looks darker because I painted it. Believe me it looks so much better in the backyard. I also did a project I would like to show you. And completed one that was not all the way done last time. It's just something that is just to be hung up somewhere. It has a new home, thanks to needing gifts for a bridle shower.  This is a doorstop/ I didn't have the grass and eggs in it the last time I showed you. I also has a new home. I was going to ponder a few things but I think what I'm going to do is this. Tomorrow morning I will try to get up early and do another post pondering some of the things that have been going on lately. You know the riots, and some of the local happenings. So if you can hold on till tomorrow I will try to give you something to ponder. So till tomorrow, Keep on pondering the pondering possibilities.

I was going to post on May 1st the picture I took of the swing that day but time was not on my side that day. So here it is. Finally the snow is gone! Yeah!!! Now if it would only stop raining so things can dry up. The trees are starting to bud out so I'm hoping within the week leaves will start popping out. I like green things. I also finished another project. Want to see? It's another coaster set. There are two for each pattern. So there are eight. It would be perfect for that person you know that likes to sew. Well that's what I've been up lately.  So for things I've been pondering , well lets see where do I start. How about the weather. All that heavy rain they got in Florida this last week. Wow!
