Ponder Pages

I know it's been awhile since I wrote last. It's a little later in the day then I like to post but, I was having trouble getting on to the internet. I blame it all on too much snow. Here's proof. If you look back you will see the picture I took the first of February. Last time I took the picture the snow was knee deep. This time it was up to my butt. Enough snow already. I keep hearing from people that we are suppose to get another 30 to 60 inches of snow this month. If that's the case April's picture of this swing will show it completely buried. It just could be chest high. I hope the Farmers Almanac is very wrong.  I did complete two more projects. They were not from the book.   This is still another coaster set but it was from another book. Someone requested it so I made it. This is just a little magnet. I made it and gave it to a woman at work for her father. It's his favorite holiday. So I will have to wait until after St. Patrick...

I now have two more projects done. This is the first one I did. It's a coaster set. It took a while to do this one. Putting it together, the coasters are two sided. So it was like doing 10 instead of 5. Plus putting together the barn.  This is the last one I've done. It's another coaster set. This one was very simple to do. I had it done in a couple of days. I only work on some of these things a couple of hours a day, when I get time and or I'm not to tired from all the other things I do everyday.  Well as for other things around here, it's been on the quite side except for the husband tearing a tendon by his knee and is now wearing a brace. With it being hunting season around here do you think it stopped him from hunting? No. Here is proof. He got it on the last day of gun season at the last possible moment. I was going to post this weekend but I could not get myself in the mood to ponder something that people were already pondering or commenting on. I can show you what I do sometimes with my down time. I work with plastic canvas from time to time. This here is a coaster set I made. Why did I make it when I'm not a big fisherperson  like I use to be? I don't know. Sometimes I make something and somewhere down the line I meet someone that I feel might really enjoy what I made. Or maybe I should start making a bunch of different things and offer them up for sale. The husband wants to me make some that either have a deer on it or a cow.  I do have a few patterns that I could use. If I do make them of something else I'll show them to you when I have it done.
