Running of the Bull...Medford style
Tuesday morning a bull was running around town. Why was there a bull running around town? I'll tell you why a bull was running around town. Apparently they were doing a breeding soundness evaluations at the fair grounds. What's that? It's where they test bulls for their worthiness as reproductive stock. In other words to see if they have good sperm to create good offspring. Anyway this bull decided he was not going to put up with this and decided to make a run for it. So the police were called in to help get the animal back. I was told by someone that nine cops were chasing this bull.( I was at work when this was going down.)They tried corral it with their cars. They tried to get it with a rope. They shot it about three or four times with tranquilizers. The bull kept getting away. Some one got the bright idea to use a taser on it, twice.
