Birds and other Ponderings

It's a quiet Sunday Morning as usual. I'm up a little earlier then I wanted to be because the husband was starting to snore a little to loud for me to continue to sleep peacefully.
Anyway nothing exciting has been happening around here.

Here are a few bird updates:
Mama Phoebe Bird has hatched her nest. I have not looked to see how many but I know there is at least one. I'm trying not to disturb her to much, she could become an attack bird if she feels that I'm threatening her nest.
A number of the Robin nests have already hatched out and the babies flown away. At least one is on her second batch of babies.
Our baby chicks are doing very well. The husband even got a few more the other day. Now when he has time he has to make a pen for them to go outside. Right now he is starting to bale hay now that the weather if finally warming up and hopefully it will not rain for a few days till he can get some off and sell it to people who are waiting for it.

Here are few things I've been pondering about this week:

North Korea I think wants to start a nuclear war. Someone must have a real itchy finger that wants to press a button to see what happens. Maybe they think it's a game. There are enough problems in the world just the way things are without adding nuclear fall out to the list.

Iran, I knew the results would be the way they turned out. The people of Iran would like to be able to have more freedom and to be able to have conversations with other countries in a way that everyone will understand each other and respect each other. We can all get along and share the things each has to offer without feeling used or controlled by anyone else.
But their religious leaders are the ones who are really in charge no matter how they tell everyone they have a chose, they don't.

Thought of the Day:
"Unsought advice is a waste of breath."
