Missing woman's body found

It's a quiet Sunday morning and once again everyone is still sleeping. The sun is starting to come up and the birds are singing outside. The green grass is wet with dew and the wind is still. The leaves on the trees are finally starting to come out more and more. I look forward to the trees being full once again. I can't wait to see how colorful the lilac bush will be this year. I just wish it would flower longer but it only lasts a few weeks.
Last weekend the found the body of the Jean Viken who went missing back on January 29th. She was found in Sawyer county by a couple of fishermen about 20 miles away from where her van was found on Feb. 6th. She had been shot a number of times. She was found in the local national forest.
I knew it would not end well. What mother would suddenly in the middle of cooking, leave her house never to return willingly.
I'm sure the husband was involved. They were in the process of getting a divorce when she went missing. He already has a girlfriend who someone said is expecting. Someone also said he has been telling the 4 young kids that their mother is not coming back and that they should call this other woman Mom.
It's one of the many things I will never understand. How people can kill others and think they can get away with it. What do they think they are proving? Do they suddenly get a god complex? Do they really not value human life? Do they feel they themselves have no value so whats the point?
I believe in karma. No matter how hard you try to deny you've done anything wrong you will pay for what you did. It will come back at you in some form or another. The pain you cause someone else to try to make yourself look more superior, will come back at you. It will be forever lurking around always reminding you what you have done to someone else for selfish reasons.
I was going to write a little about the other happenings but I think everyone else is doing allot of that in other places.
I'll just say mother nature is only going to make things harder for everyone, so be prepared. But don't get greedy in the process.

The thought for today:
"Seek balance in all things."
