Not going to be the same old, same old

I was trying to think about what to write. I'm kind of tired of always commenting on in the news things. It's always the same old, same old.
I've been searching the internet for ideas. I did find one kind of idea although it has to do with drawing. And to tell you the truth I could not draw myself out of a paper bag if I tried.
So I'm thinking of using the ideas and write something about them instead of drawing. Maybe it'll help me get my creative juices going.
The idea does suggest 30 days of drawing I don't think I'll do 30 straight days of writing. But then again  I could  have the ideas lined up I could be motivated to post more often. Plus the husband is going to start going back to work on Monday. So I will have more me time alone to be creative.

I was going to do a post this morning about me. But as I was writing it I realized I need more pictures to do this one. At least I picture it with more pictures. So I've got to go searching through some old pictures and find the right ones to go with it. 

So seeing I'm going to wait on this one I'm going to try and find a picture to comment on from the internet. Be right back........

This is a picture of a sunrise in my back yard. Not right now it's still dark out. This is from a couple of weeks ago.

I promise I will find the right pictures for my next post about me. Or at least the beginning of me to start with.

Jean Viken Cold Case

When I first started this blog one of the first things I wrote about was the murder of a local woman. She disappeared Jan 29th 2008 on one of the coldest days of that month. Her body was found I think in May of that year. She had been shot. Her van was found not long after she went missing up north. Jean Viken update and other local things.

This past week Channel 7 has been doing stories on the cold case of Jean Viken.I did see one of them. In it the police said they know who did it but they are waiting for someone to come forward. But no matter what four young children will be without their mother for the rest of their lives because someone decided to end her life out of the meanness of their heart. Here is the story I found on the internet: Jean Viken's friends and family remember her as a loving mother of four young kids, a devoted daughter and sister. But nearly four years after her murder, a dark cloud hangs over Jean's memory, as they continue to search for answers. "We were having a birthday party for her because all of her friends would have wanted to get together like we would have done if she was here," Jane Hempel said. Pondering Japan's Earthquake

The earthquake in Japan is just another wake up call for us. It is so far the largest disaster we are dealing with right now. And with all those nuclear power plants having problems there, it will get a whole lot worse.  The earth is talking to us. Telling us the big change is upon us. Instead of fighting wars in other countries we should be preparing our people for this big change that will change our home, planet Earth, in a way that will make life allot more difficult to survive.  Japan had prepared for this kind of event to a point, but this kind of event to this degree is never fool proof.  My heart does go out to all those who are living through this right now.  I will give one prediction for the near future that some might say makes me sound like a crack pot but it is always a possibility.  Here it is: With all the things happening right now natural disasters and political unrest big changes are inevitable.
