Trayvon, Earth Quakes and Survivor

The shooting of Trayvon Martin was one that should have never happened. Do I think that the guy who shot him should be charged? Your darn right he should be. Whatever excuse he gives for doing it are not excepting in my book.
If you are going to be a neighborhood watch person you should know everyone in your neighborhood. That means to meet them and to let them know who you are. That's what neighbors do. Get to know one another especially if you want to help protect one another.
You don't have to get to know everything about everyone. You just need to know who each other is and be able to at least say hi to one another in passing. Simple right?
 Why can't we do this simple act of kindness? Because, we are so wrapped up in ourselves and or are suspicious of one another. We are afraid to know anyone outside of our families or social groups.
If I could start a movement it would be knowing who your neighbors are enough to at least say HI when you meet them on the street in your neighborhood.

By now everyone has heard about the booming going on in Clintonville. Earthquakes, they say. Because of the the granite in the ground it came out as booming noises, they say.
It's possible, I guess.
But I have some other ideas. Want to hear them?
Idea number 1) The government is up to good as usual. Hey, it's possible. Not to say it's true, but it is possible.
Idea number 2) You ever seen the movie 'Tremors'? The giant worms are starting to come out of the ground. And yes you will need a bigger gun.
Idea number 3) Instead of earth quakes they are frost quakes. It did get warm here very fast so it could be a possibility.
Idea number 4) They are not worms hatching but the aliens coming to life ready to take us all over. And yes you will need a bigger gun.
Idea number 5) You've heard about the earth quakes in Mexico? Well, what if they've some how traveled under ground and a little after affect just happened to come out in Clintonville?  Just something to roll around in your brain today.

The only reality show I watch is Survivor. This season Colton was the most annoying person on the show. It just blows my mind that he was controlling the game as much as he was. He is just a spoiled rich kid that as much as they showed of him never really did any work around camp. He expected everyone else to do everything to serve him. He was just a big bully and it amazed me that the others let him get away with it. If we are not excepting bulling in the real world why is it excepting so much in Survivor?
But I was glad when karma got him. I wonder if this wake up call will get him to take a good hard long look at his life. Especially if that is how he really is in his real life. 
I wonder if Survivor will ever have a show that gets people to focus more on real surviving and not who can back stab the most. To be judged on how much you do to help one another survive, not who can lie the best or bully the hardest.

Well that's my pondering for now.
