The human race is broken. Every great empire and civilization eventually comes to an end. So many people live their lives playing games with each other. Like the blame game. Or head games. Trying to out bully each other. But then saying bullying is bad. If bullying is to end, shouldn't our leaders set that example? Instead of standing in front of a large crowd calling someone a very middle school kind of nick name. Human trafficking. How in this day and age is this still going on? Blowing something or someone up to make a point. And if they blow themselves up they will never be around to brag about it. They will be dealing with a whole different scene afterwards. Speaking of blowing things up. All of these bombs that were sent to people connected to the Democratic Party in one way of another. I do wonder who is really behind them. Is it someone motivated by something our leader said? If that's the case, if someone does die from one of these kind of devise...

Bullying is once again in the news because another young girl was tormented till she couldn't take it any more. My heart goes out to her family.  As for the 14 year old and 12 year old that were behind most of it, well all I can say is that is a hard way to learn not to bully someone just to make yourself feel superior over someone . But is was learned behavior, as when it comes to this kind of behavior. Case in point the stepmother being arrested for beating on two boys.  When you grow up in the kind of environment where bad behavior is considered normal and something that is glamorized on TV what do you expect the end result to be.  I'm just glad that social media was not around when I was growing up or my life would have been a whole lot worse then it is.  I was bullied when I was growing up. I try to put as many of those memories behind me as possible but, when I hear about another young person who has been pushed to the point of killing themselves,...

Bullying is once again in the news again. But when you think about it bullying is the news. That's all news is about. The one with the bus monitor being made fun of by a bunch of middle school kids is the latest. And now she is getting allot of money because of it. And the kids are getting death threats. Does anything here really make any sense to you? I'm glad for the lady for getting the support she is getting. More power to her. The kids should have known better. As for the people who are sending death threats, really? How stupid can you be? Who's being the bully now? I know allot about being bullied. I was bullied my whole growing up years. I was bullied by family, kids in school, and a few teachers. The thing with kids started in first grade. There a number of reasons why I think and know it started. One was a bladder issue I had. These are the top news stories that caught my eye this week. One is the shooting in Ohio. Another school shooting because someone was bullied. Now three young boys lives were cut short because of it. My heart goes out to the  families of these boys. As for the boy who did the shooting.....I've heard very little in the news about why he really did it. Like, he did not know these boys. Or were these boys just in the wrong place at the wrong time enjoying breakfast, and seeing happy friends was just something that he could not stand that morning. But I think he did know these boys and there was something they said or did that set him on this path. But it's still no excuse for doing what he did. Plus it sounds like he had a home life that was on the violent side. So in a way it's his families fault for what happened. I know that's a cruel statement. But when you grow up in a house where parents are always fighting in front of the kids, they start to act out at others in...

  It's a question I think most of us are are always asking ourselves.  But the way I see it, the way we are going about trying to change things, will not work. It has not worked so far, has it? Take the Occupy Wall Street movement. It's just turning into nothing but violence and unfortunately a waste of time and money. If you really want to change things you have to hit them where it really counts, their pocketbooks. I'm sure there are enough very over educated people involved with this movement that can come up with a better plan to change things in a way that the rest of us 99% don't look at you in disgust for your over extreme actions that unfortunately is attracting violence and crime. It's the kind of thing that can not happen over night. It's a slow process.You must have patients for real change to take place.   With all the things being reported about bullying I thought I would try and find a few definitions of what a bully is.   It is so sad to hear of someone who has ended their life because someone has decided to humiliate them just for their own entertainment. I know they will say that they didn't mean no harm. They never thought it would lead to this.  That's the problem. No one knows how the think or respect anyone any more. I can't imagine what it is like to be a kid now a days.  It was bad enough when I was a kid. Most days dreading going to school not sure what was going to happen. At least at home you felt a little safer.  But know in the internet and cell phone age that feeling of being a little bit safer is gone. Bullies can now hide behind the these things. They can start a campaign to hurt someone because they felt like they were wronged by this person or this person did something to make them look in a worse light. Or the person  might be gay. ...
