Shooting and Things

 
Well the first thing I'm going to ponder is that horrible shooting in California. 
I hate it when I hear about things like this. The man was was having an issue with his ex wife over their  young son. Explain to me how going to the place your wife works killing her and all those other people is going to win your son. All it's going to get you is a son who has no parents and will be raised by someone else.You will never have a hand in anything that he will need guiding through  for the rest of his life. Never be able to read him a story, play ball, help him mend a a boo boo or help him mend a broken a heart. He will have to go through life with the stigma of what you did to his mother because of twisted selfish reasons. Face it you were not really thinking about his future only your own disappointment in yourself for not getting your way.
Going after someone like that because in your mind you are going to teach them a final  lesson will only blow up in your face and send you to prison or even to the ground allot sooner then you think.

As for the occupation of wall street, this signs really says it all. At least in my book it does. We may live in the USA land of freedom but, we are really not free. Our lives are dictated by the elite. We are their slaves to do their bidding our whole lives. This whole world needs some kind of change. We will get it in some form or another but will it be real or just a smoke screen?


As for other things that I've been pondering this week, lets see...........
The plot to blow up a Saudi official, well at least they stopped it. But will it lead to another bigger issue with yet another country that could lead to a bigger more deadly result. More then likely some where along the line it will. 

It's finally feeling like fall around here. It was only in the forties yesterday around here. Just a week or so ago it was almost 80. Now I feel like I need to start thinking about hibernating. 

Halloween is coming up soon. I wonder if we could have snow on the ground or if it will get warm again and we will be wearing t-shirts. For some reason I'm thinking somewhere in-between. Hey It's Wisconsin ya never what is going to happen with the weather.

Jean Viken Cold Case

When I first started this blog one of the first things I wrote about was the murder of a local woman. She disappeared Jan 29th 2008 on one of the coldest days of that month. Her body was found I think in May of that year. She had been shot. Her van was found not long after she went missing up north. She was the mother of 4 young children and was going through a divorce at the time. Well here it is 2 years later and nothing has happened to try and find the person or persons responsible for her death. Why? I'm sure the whoever was responsible was really not that smart. It's as if the no one wants to get to the bottom of what really happened to her. Maybe she was not important enough. Maybe she was not connected to the right people.  I wonder what it would take to get more exposure to this cold case. Jean Viken update and other local things.

This past week Channel 7 has been doing stories on the cold case of Jean Viken.I did see one of them. In it the police said they know who did it but they are waiting for someone to come forward. But no matter what four young children will be without their mother for the rest of their lives because someone decided to end her life out of the meanness of their heart. Here is the story I found on the internet: Jean Viken's friends and family remember her as a loving mother of four young kids, a devoted daughter and sister. But nearly four years after her murder, a dark cloud hangs over Jean's memory, as they continue to search for answers. "We were having a birthday party for her because all of her friends would have wanted to get together like we would have done if she was here," Jane Hempel said. Pondering Japan's Earthquake

The earthquake in Japan is just another wake up call for us. It is so far the largest disaster we are dealing with right now. And with all those nuclear power plants having problems there, it will get a whole lot worse.  The earth is talking to us. Telling us the big change is upon us. Instead of fighting wars in other countries we should be preparing our people for this big change that will change our home, planet Earth, in a way that will make life allot more difficult to survive.  Japan had prepared for this kind of event to a point, but this kind of event to this degree is never fool proof.  My heart does go out to all those who are living through this right now.  I will give one prediction for the near future that some might say makes me sound like a crack pot but it is always a possibility.  Here it is: With all the things happening right now natural disasters and political unrest big changes are inevitable.
