Tractor fire

Just before the fourth of July one of my brother-in-laws tractors started on fire. As of right now I have not heard if they know exactly what started it. The husband thinks it might have been the starter.
The brother-in-law had been using it all day and had it parked near the barn because he had to milk the cows.
He did not know it was on fire right away. It was not until he was in the barn doing chores when he noticed some black smoke rolling across the field. He went out outside to find out what was on fire. It was the tractor, he grabbed a water hose and proceeded to put out the fire.  It's a good thing it was Diesel or it could have been a very big fireworks, up close and personal.
